Strictly quality control
Quality starts with control and the selection high quality ring spun yarn, every treatment is checked which results in detailed test reports.In between every step in production is transparent and all the time under control.
Step1: Selecting and control twisted RS yarn made by long stapled cotton include yarn strenth
Step 2: Gray fabric inspecting, Main fabric physical property will be checked:surface,width,nep,glossiness,lenth etc
Step3: Dyeing and FR finishing inspect:

- Our technician was trained by UL&BTTG SGS lab termly.
- The testing machine were calibrated with the UL ,SGS And BTTG termly.
- Each lot inner test report will be issued by our testing center along with bulk production, include below:

......Tear and tensile strenth
......Washing and color fastness
......Formaldehyde(OEKO-TEX 100)
Step 5: Third party testing:
if any objection from customer, we will send the sample to internation testing agent as following for confirmation and comparing the data.
