Box Semi Trailer

Container semi trailer:
Superior technology: the main component of the semi trailer is fabricated by advanced equipment; main beam is
welded by automatic tracking submerged arc welding machine, wheelbase is measured by range finder; other
vehicle parts shall be shot blasted before painting to increase the painting adhesion; painting will be finished before
assembling.
Frame: welded main beam, material 16Mn steel, welded whole-through main beam sets to built up the space frame
structure. This structure is designed reasonably with equally considering of the strength, stability and toughness.
Advantages: high capacity & non-occurrence of permanent deformation.
Axle: high quality axle of famous brand which could ensure the high capacity and non-occurrence of permanent
deformation. Meanwhile, ABS (optional)could decrease the braking distance and effectively prevent the side slip
and violent spin caused by wheel lock in the event of emergency braking to enhance driving safety.
Suspension system: special new type suspension system with high strength and high impact resistance. Balanced
loading on each axle and reasonable design of tie bar angle shall decrease abrupt friction slip distance between the
tire and the ground under frequently bumpy road condition, there by reduce the tire wear. At the same time, the
wheel base could be readjusted by using adjustable tie bar to avoid eccentric wear of the tires.
