The features of spherical insert ball bearings

The internal structure of the insert ball bearing is the same with that of deep groove ball bearing. But the inner race of this bearing is wider than the outer race. The outer race has the spherical surface. Insert ball bearings can self aligning with the fit between the outer race and the bearing block. Insert ball bearings are compact. It’s easy for loading and unloading. Spherical insert ball bearings often used in mining, metallurgy, textile, transportation

1) Radial insert  bearings are particularly easy to fit. They are located on the shaft by means of an eccentric locking collar, grub screws in the inner ring, an adapter sleeve, drive slot or fit.
2)  The radial insert bearings are integrated in the housing units. In order to ensure correct function and operational reliability in all operating conditions, the bearing and housing are matched to each other.4) Housing materials: cast iron pillow blocks / cast iron plummer blocks / sheet steel housings / plastic housings / stainless steel housings.
