Description:

The powered turning rolls adopt double driving way, two rollers are driven by two motor via reducer separately. Output speed of two motors are controlled by same inverter, which ensures the same linear speed of two rollers, and also ensure the work piece rotating steady on the turning rolls.

Applications:

1. Chemical & fuel storage tank fabrication

2. Any heavy cylindrical job

3. Used to weld,polish and assemble the cylinder-shells,and to line the shells with rubber.

Competitive Advantage:

1.The distance between the powered turning roll and idle roll is adjusted by the bolts to suit for the the work piece different diameter, ensuring surrounding angle of work-piece between 45°～110°, which is convenience and easy.
