Description:
Stone honeycomb panel is a kind of high-tech products produced with compound of natural granite and marble and aluminum honeycomb panel. The panel remains the beauty of natural stone material and overcome disadvantages of brittleness, easy to break and heavy of natural stone material. Compounding of thin panel of stone material and aluminum honeycomb panel makes the panel has stronger resistance to impact and bending strength.
It is better than pure stone material in aspects of weight, intensity, smoothness, sound and heat insulation and anti-fire. Thickness of stone material is only about 4-6mm, which is one third of that of pure stone material wall-hung and is 20 to 30 percent of that of pure stone material wall-hung during construction. Also it avoids the lime flowing from sew of stone material caused by plastering with cement mortar.
Q: 1. Are aluminum products apply with International Standard?
A: Yes, all our products are strictly apply with ISO, CE SGS or any other special requirements as customers\'.
Q: 2. What is the delivery time?
A: Generally, 10~20 days as per quantity, some products have ready goods, we can send goods once getting deposit.
Q: 3. How do product been shipped?
A: Export product by sea or train with full container, LCL or in bulk. Due to the weight is big, we don’t suggest by air.
Q: 4. What kind of product package?
A: We have standard export package for full container, pack hundreds of panels into pallets, firmly hold them together using re-enforced iron tape and then stored the pallet into wooden box before loading into the containers.
Q: 5. What is your production ability every month?
A: 1000~2000 tons, about 8~10 containers.
