This machine is used for mixing powder or paste material and making the material of different substance mix uniformly. Its characteristic is that the horizontal trough type uses single-blade to mix. The stirring blade is detachable one and is easy to clean. The parts contacted with material are made of stainless steel and possess good wearability and corrosion stability. The mixing trough can automatically reverse for discharge and the mixing time can be automatically controlled. It conforms to the requirement of pharmaceutical production GMP.
Use the rotation of blade in tank to mix different substance uniformly. Two groups of blade mounted on the same axis will thrust material towards different directions while mixing. So its mixing efficiency is higher than that of general type trough mixer and the mixing is more uniform.
