Description:

The machines are suitable for line production, and is a perfect equipment used for continuous screening of granules of different granularity.

The machine consists of hopper, vibrating chamber, connecting shaft, and electric motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibrating chamber. When the adjustable eccentric weight passes the center of main shaft under the driving force of motor, it may generate centrifugal force under imbalanced state, therefore, mandatorily force materials to form volution inside the sieve. The vibration of the weight regulator is adjustable according to the type of materials and the sieve mesh. The machine has many advantages , such as compacted structure , small volume , dust free , low noise , high output , energy saving and easy mobility and maintenance .
