Gabion Retaining Wall Customized Hexagonal Wire Netting Coated Polyethylene PE Gabion Boxes
PE gabion box is wire made of hexagonal wire netting coated polyethylene.Wire diameter varies with the hexagonal nettings.For hexagonal wire netting with no pe coating, the wire diameter ranges from 2.0mm to 4.0mm.For those pe coated hexagonal wire netting, the outside diameter ranges from 3.0mm to 5.0mm.
GABIONS (Higher than 1m in height) and MATTRESSES (Less than 1m in height) consist of rectangular units, fabricated from a double-twisted hexagonal mesh.
Filled with stones, gabions become large, flexible and permeable elements from which a broad range of structures may be built. Gabions and mattresses are widely used for hydraulic and geo- technical control such as retaining walls, riverbank protections, weirs, channel linings etc.
Gabion also can be manufactured in the following material:

Zinc coating: 220g/m2, 260g/m2, 275g/m2, 290g/m2
2.Hot dip galvanized Gabion Box
3.Galfan Gabion Box (95% Zinc +5% Al )
4.PVC/PE coated Gabion Box
Gabions sizes:2m x 1m x 1m, 3m x 1m x 1m, 4m x 1m x 1m, 2m x 1m x 0.5m,
4m x 1m x 0.5m and customize design is available.
Wire dia :2.2mm, 2.7mm, 3.4mm, 3.9mm and etc.
Hole Size:60x80mm, 80x100mm, 100x120mm, 120x150mm
