1. Door thickness is 2” providing a stronger, safer door.
2. Our doors are constructed of 12 gauge low-carbon steel jambs and head.
3. All doors come with threshold, securely welded to door frame.
4.Door frames come with built in and pre-drilled mounting tabs for easy installation at site.
5. Custom-molded polyfoam kerf weather striping are used around door frame.
6. Custom fittted door sweep are used to prevent water infiltration.
7. Foam-filled frames and door panels for a superior R-factor thus blocks out more of the outside heat and noise.
8. Have double-sided T-astragals with seals.
9. Custom design post-in-cap ball bearing hinges for superior appearance and easy operation.
10. Custom design pull handles.
11. Optional surface-mount throw-bolts for different size of doors.
12. Openable glass panels with positive-compression locks for easy cleaning or conversation without unlocking your iron door.
13. All doors and parts are fully sandblasted and pure zinc electric galvanizing. Then applied with premium electro-statically applied catalytic paint and faux finish at the end.
