With the increasing of printing times, the ink in the ink roll is gradually reducing, there is no need to raise heating temperature if the printing effect is good;

On the contrary, if the printing effect is relatively poor,you should gradually raise the heating temperature of ink roll(5—10℃ each time) up to 150 ℃ until using up the ink in it,based on the principle that the ink will not automatically drop during heating;

Put preheated hot ink roll into the warehouse of coding machine,adjust heating temperature to about 120 ℃, run the ink coding machine and then you can print legible production date,weight,batch number,etc. on plastic films;

With the increasing of printing times, the ink in the ink roll is gradually reducing, at this time, you should gradually raise the heating temperature of ink roll(5—10℃ each time) , and then it can print one quarter more than before.
