Reflex Soccer and Tennis. Who can play? Anyone over 6 years who enjoys football. Where can you play? The durable, water-filled base allows play virtually anywhere. How do you play? Fill the base with water or sand then adjust the spool to set the required length of cord. Shortening the cord increases the speed of the returning ball.
There are three main ways to play:
· Solo practice, either with or without a target goal.
· Two or more players, each player takes turns to return the ball.
· Goal keeping practice, placing the Reflex Soccer base in front of the goal, the keeper kicks the ball away, then tries to save the returning ball.
