The Model SFS-60Z can be used in the industries of pharmaceutics, foodstuffs, cosmetics, daily chemicals for smoothly and accurately filling all kinds of pasty and viscous fluid and the materials alike, into soft metal tubes and then carrying out tube end folding, sealing and lot number printing.
With Taiwan’s EVIEW touch screen and Taida’s PLC control system employed, convenient, visualized and reliable non-touch operation of the machine is effected.

Tube washing and feeding marking identification, filling, folding, sealing, code printing and finished product output all conducted by a fully auto control system.
Tube washing and feeding conducted pneumatically, accurate and reliable.

On the same machine, tube end two, three or U-shaped folding can be carried out automatically by different robots.
The part contacting materials is made of 316L stainless steel, clean, sanitary and conforming to CMP for medicine manufacture.
With safety device, the machine is shut down when the door is opened and filling carried out only with tubes fed. Overload protection provided.

All operation is fully automatic except feeding of tubes.
Sturdy & compact design.
No Tube No Fill device (material will not discharge from hopper, when there is no tube no fill to avoid spillage.
Machine is provided with SS hopper with thermostatic control to keep the material hot, while filling for a smooth flow of material while filling in the tubes.
Machine is provided with stirring device so that no active ingredients in the material cannot stick to the inner wall of hopper, which contains your material.
Machine is supplied with all contact parts made of SS 316 material.
Motor with variable speed.
Size parts of one tube size and one filling products.
