SCOPE OF APPLICATION:
1. MK1320 CNC cylindrical grinding machine for mass production.
2. To adopt Japanese Fanuc 0i-Mate-TD 2-axis system(can also be configured according to users requirements in other numerical control system),
3. Configure the central plains precision measuring instruments line of automatic detection, closed-loop auto-grinding cycle in order to ensure through the ball screw drive;
4. wheel frame and the table feed feed AC servo motors are used through the ball screw drive;
5. wheel frame,table guide rails with plastic paste to improve its anti-vibration and sensitivity;
6. configure an independent electrical cabinet,tank and machine tool combined with a small appearance as a whole,the advantages of small footprint;
7. tailstock sleeve with precision ball bearing linear motion with a telescopic function;
8. A quantitative tool to configure automatic lubrication,ensure that the guide rail,screw lubrication;
9. Machine protection is fully closed configuration t ensure safe operation.
