JS-11A series IC time relay adopt quartz oscillator and CMOS special IC, its precision lots of hither than electornaenetism type and RC type time relay. It quarantee time grade for main protection and reserue protection in electric power system. It is the best substitution of the old time relay.The series relay is the same with DS electromagnetism time relay in figure, inner commection and working, and setting value range is more wide, grade more snall, and setting more straight. In yts range 0.02S-999H, it can set randomly and guarantee precision without adjusting. Making the operate time time of parts controled adjustable, used in kinds of protection and auto circuit.

1 Delay range and grade delay range: 0.02S～999M. grade:0.01S. P type:0.1S～30S.
2 Delay setting error Temperature 20℃±5℃, under rated voltage, Delay setting error of relay(involving consistency):setting value≤100S, error＜+0.1S；setting value＞100S, error＜±0.1%.
3 resetting time less than 20mS.
4 permit voltage fluctuating range permit voltage fluctuating range is 0.8～1.1 times of ratedvoltage.
5 Contact capacity: Relay output circuit contact can break the voltage less than 250V, 80W for the DC inductance charge circuit which time constant is 5±0.75ms. In the AC circuit which voltage is less than 250V it is 300VA(power factor cosΦ is 0.4±0.1). Relay’s contact can make 10A for long life.
6 Enviroment temperature -10℃～+50℃
7 Medium intensity: Relay’s every electric terminals are connected together. And it can endure a 2000V and 50Hz AC voltage(virtual value) to the non-electrification metallic outside part or shell. There is no insulated breakdown or flashover phenomenon.
8 Insulation resistance: Relay’s every electric terminals are connected together. To the non-electrification metallic outside part or shell, its insulated resistance is less than 300MΩ measured by tramegger with opening voltage is 500V.
9 Electrical endurance Above 105 times.
10 Mechanical endurance Above 106 times.
11 Power consumption: Less than 5W under rating voltage condition.
12 Anti-disturb capability Relay’s anti-disturb is accord with DL478-92 ()
