Description: |
Nowadays, block sawing machines with diamond wire give many possibilities for further processing raw blocks. Can be used for block trimming and cutting off crust of block. They have following advantages:
· The wire allows greater sawing heights than large discs. It is possible to cut large block by diamond wire;
· Thinner cutting width, and more precise;
· By virtue of its reliability, adjust the cutting techniques according to different stone material;
· Noise nuisance generated by diamond wire saw is significantly less than produced by other sawing techniques;
·Less noice, less pollution, noise generated by diamond wire saw is much less than discs cutting.

Remark: cutting efficiency is measured by the cutting depth per hour. |
Recommendations:
· The rotation of the wire should be regularly checked.
· The worn condition of beads should be regularly inspected.
· The worn condition of connections & the beads near connections should be regularly checked. Change connections when it\'s needed.
· The steel cable tension is set in 250-300kg(Φ4-5mm cable).
· Adjust the linear speed of the wire according to the material being sawn:
· During the sharpening of a new wire, the liner speed should be reduced 2-3 m/s from the above standard.
· Water requirement is between 15-25L/min.
