Prefabricated substation function and feature:
1. High-voltage switchgear, transformer and low-voltage switchgear are integrated into a whole in complete set;
2. The high and low-voltage protection is complete, with safe and reliable operation and easy for maintenance;
3. Less floor area, less investment, short production cycle and easy to move;
4. Flexible and various of wiring schemes;
5. Unique structure; unique honeycomb structure with firm double-casing (composite board), that has good insulation and ventilation, beautiful appearance and high IP,
the casing material can adopt stainless steel alloy, aluminium alloy, cold-rolled sheet and color plate;
6. Various types available: general type, villa type, compact type and so on;
7. Feeder terminal unit (FTU) can be installed optionally inside the high-voltage RMU to realize reliable detection of short-circuit and single earthing fault, in addition, it is has “four-remote” functions for easy automatic distribution network update.
This product is widely used for urban electric network transformation, and outdoor places such as residence community, high-rise building, industrial and mining area, hotel, market, airport, railway, oil field, dock, highway and temporary power facilities.
Use Condition:
1. Altitude: Below 1000m;
2. Ambient Temperature: -30°C~40°C;
3. Related Humidity(RH): Below 95% (±25°C);
4. Wind Speed: Below 35m/s;
5. Horizontal acceleration of seism should be slower than 0.4m/s², Vertical acceleration should be
slower than 0.2m/s²;
6. Should not have conductive dust, corrosion gas to metal & isolation material, or any dangerous
gas which will cause inflammation and explosion;
7. Installation site should avoid acute shaking, vertical gradient should below 30°.
