☆.Applications:

The machine can be used for tensile, compression, bend, shear test of metal and non-metal material, If equipped with strand grip, the machine can be used for strand test.(if you need this function, please tell us your requirement when ordering the machine)

☆.Feature:

the loading system of the testing machine adopt hydraulic mode, the machine use computer to collect and process data. Display device adopts computer’s monitor and microcomputer’s LCD synchronously. Microcomputer based measuring system adopts card,

with a optoelectronic isolator, so it possesses the advantage of high capacity of resisting disturbance and high stability. It has AZS function, it adopts step´less regulation in whole measuring range. There is hint on screen to do all computer’s operation, by clicking mouse, operator can easily accomplish those operations. Operator can switch between many kinds of curve, the control software has the function of curve’s data storage and curve zooming in, the machine has a data interface so as to user analyzing data. Measuring system possesses the function of online help and software self-check, it has fault diagnosis ability to help user repairing device.  It is equipped with hydraulic clamp, which can radically solve the problem of sample skidding. The testing results can be pointed by printer, the machine has network interface, so it is easily connected with user’s local network and database.
