•The working table is ofelectromagnetic chunk with strong magnetic power and lower consumption.

•The spindle motor is professionallymade for grinding knife, with high precision and easy maintenance.

• The machine has a double tiltingfillet to lock tight the electro-magnetic chunk, so the grinder is more stable.

• The machine chooses rack driving,so the grinding head travelling is smoother.

• The moving up and down of thegrinding head is depended on the ball screw.

• The machine can use for a longtime without the dropping of the knife. It is the no clearance transmission.

• The switch and the contactor ischoose from French Schneider electric components. And the button is chose fromSiemens.

• The movement of the grinding headis controlled by the inverter. Its speed is 0-20m/s. Its speed can be fittedfor   both accurate grinding and roughgrinding.
