RENOXBELL titanium-zinc aluminum composite plate uses titanium zinc alloy plate as its front plate, and 3003H26 (H24) aluminum plate as its rear plate, high-pressure low-density polythene (LDPE) as its core material, which becomes a new type high-class construction material after thermal compound, combing the features of titanium zinc plate (metal quality, surface self-recuperation, long life span, and good plasticity) and the advantages of composite plate such as level material and high bending resistance, becoming a sample which perfectly combines classic art and modern technology.
It is used for building roofing and curtain wall system. .
When it is used at the early stage, it appears natural blue and grey from afar, but shows natural metal simple quality when seen closely. With time goes by, the titanium zinc plate, exposed in the atmosphere, will form a layer of dense rigid zinc corrosion protection layer on the surface so as to prevent the plate surface from corrosion further. Even the nick and blemishes will disappear in this evolvement. For the buildings which require strong nature appearance, it is no doubt the ideal decoration material. It is especially applicable for the modern building and classic building with natural and historical atmosphere. It is of good strength and rigidity, strong wind resistance, and preventing the attack of other severe climates. With good plasticity and simple processing installation, it is good for three-dimensional shaping, satisfying changeable arrangement requirements, fully exaggerating the personality of architect, and satisfying their rich creation imagination and inspiration.

8. Product features
1) Long life span. The titanium zinc alloy plate will form naturally a layer of
dense oxidative horizon (carbonic acid zinc salt) on its surface to prevent it from corrosion, thus it can be used in bad weather.
2) The face plate needs no coating or other anti-erosion treatment, and it is of metal quality.
3) The face plate is of self-recuperation function, and it will recover automatically after scuffing without leaving a mark.
