Silicon Rubber and Flame Retardant Flat Power Cable

Soft Rubber Sheath Cable is used inhousehold electrical appliances, electrical tools and various mobile electricalequipments of A. C. Rated voltage 450/750V or lower. 

Working Conditions 
1. Rated voltage 300/500V (YZ type), 450/750V (YC type); 
2. The long-term working temperature of conductor should be no higher than65. 
3. W type cables have got weather-proof character and certain grease-proofcharacter and are suitable for outdoor usage and the occasion with greasydirt. 
4. ZR type cables have got fire-retardant feature.

Flat Power Cable is used as powerconnection, controlling, signal and lighting cable of various moving powerequipment, in the field of lifting, transportation, machine, electronic, steel,medicine, metallurgy, port, mine and storage etc. 

1. Rated voltage UO/U: 0.6/1kV 
2. Working temperature allowed by cable: 
-60~+180º C for cable with silicon rubber insulation; 
-60~+200º C for cable with fluoroplastics insulation 
3. Max temperature of cable conductor is no more than 250º C during shortcircuit (the longest lasting time is no more than 5s) 
4. Temperature for installing is no lower than -20º C 
5. Min. Bending radius of cable is 10 times that of small border length ofcable.
