This is an automatic pipe cutting equipment,which is specially developed to cut pipe with diameters from 60mm to 160mm. Ithas the features of fast-cutting, high accuracy, cutter-saving and low laborintensity. The feed length of this model can reach to 1200mm, it can suit morecustomers' requirements.

1. It adopts  PLC technology. To controlthe machine manually or automaticly by the human-machine interface.

2. High-speed steel and alloy cutters areapplicable in cutting, so as to save the cutter costs.

3. Tightened with hydraulic clampingdevice, more stable and reliable.

4. The nylon fixture has good toughness andholding firm, can prevent the surface of pipe fittings from being scratched.

5. Servo motor can control the feedingthickness, this will improved the cutting speed and be suitable for pipes withthickness from 1-15 mm.

6. Steeplessly adjust the speed by mainspindle, it is suitable to cut off pipes with different diameters between 30mmto 80mm.

7. The data of work-piece cutting length canbe input into the automatic control with permanent memory. The calculator willreflect the number of processing at any time.

8. Height of the pipe bracket is adjustableand convenient.

9. Extend the feeding configuration, it is canfeed pipe 1200 mm one time, saving feeding time.
