Feature:

1. The material and process of rolls : they are made of LTG-H alloy chilled cast iron,after
quenching and precision processing hardness is HS 68-75.Working face is precision grinding
processing ,temperature uniformity in smooth surface, high hardness and long service life.
2. Roll Clearance Adjusting Unit :NIP adjustment at two roller ends is done manually using two separate screws attached to the brass housing body.

3. Lubrication of roller :Can be divided into thin oil lubrication and dry lubrication, bearing sleeve can be divided into nylon sleeve bearing and copper, can choose when you order it.
 
4. Bearing : Dual-listed rolling bearings, which reduces energy consumption by 30%.
 
5. Roll Cooling : Through universal funnel type drop tray System for water circulation and roll cooling
 
6. The base frame :it is a whole framework, which is convenient for installation.  Frame, frame cap
and base,looking very nice, are welded and treated by annealing for stress relieving,not deformation.
 
7. Drive system: The reducer has hard tooth surface. The motor is connected with reducer by elastic shaft coupling. The reducer structure type is double out shaft transmission, which is
connected with front and back rools bu universal shaft coupling of nylon stickpin. All the drive gears of reducer are concentrated inside the case, which is well lubriated with spray type and has long useful life.


8. Reducer:
 
 (1) The speed reducer is the hard-tooth surface gear reducer of Class 6 precision.Airtight leaching 
oil type, ZSYE reducer(There are a variety of choice, the price is different, almost no noise, safety)
 
 (2) The ZQ reducer noise and vibration will be a few bigger,you can choose.
