Application:

Process as follows:

waste tire→cutting diameter of hub→cutting strips→cutting blocks→separate steel wire→crush rubber blocks→making powder→magnetic separation→final products(rubber powder).

Specification :

1. Ring cutter

Function: will whole tire cutting into tire crown, the side of the tire and inner circle

2. Strips cutter

Function: various tire, glue, glue board piece cut into long strips

3. Rim cutter

Functions: this machine should cut machine tyres, used for supporting the use of the strip cut into 3-5CM glue pieces.

4. Steel wire separator

Function: tires circle wire centrifuges, mouth will tire of coarse steel mouth circle parts with rubber effective separation
