Desing and Production Flow
1. Preliminary communication: customer technical communication → get Customer\'s Samples and better got 2D/3D drawings files.
2. We design the mold structure drawing according to your product drawing or sample, then send to you for confirmation.
3. Design the mould parting line, stripper, insert and punch..
4. Confirm mould structure and process.
5. Mould part processing
6. First trial and then send you video, samples to confirm.
7. Adjust; slightly adjust and modify according customer plan
8. mould packing wood case ship to customer.
9. After sale communication.
