2.      Characteristics:

2.1   The wrapping machine is mainly consists of rolling frame, pulling machine, odd-track machine etc. Since the steel pipe put on the four wheels, the adjustable speed electromotor drive the wheel enable the pipe rolling, using by the tensile force which is occurred since the tape is pulling, enable the steel pipe fit to the wheel on the pulling machine. Rely on the angle between wheel and steel pipes, enable the pulling frame go forward smoothly on the odd-track meanwhile enable the tape wrapping spirally on the steel pipe.   

3.      User guide

3.1   After Surface clearing for the steel pipe, and put the pipe on the four wheels, then adjust the angle and length of the wheel on the pulling frame. rolling the steel pipe in order that the pipe fit to the wheel on the pulling machine, after that the pulling frame will go forward smoothly on the odd-track. Observation on the track where the wheel go through, and look at the distance of spiral trace which conforms to percentage of the overlap for the tape. If there is a big difference, you need to adjust the angle of the two wheels in the same direction.

3.2   During the rolling of the steel pipe, you have to apply the primer, put the inner tape and outer tape on the wrapping axis and then adjust nut fit to the tensile force.

3.3   After you brush the primer on the steel pipe about 5 minutes, the primer will dry. Then, firstly pulling the inner tape and stick on the pipe and open the rolling frame, until the outer tape can lap inner tape over, and then pulling the outer tape out cover the inner tape on the steel pipe.

3.4   During the process of the wrapping, you must pay attention on overlap and the tensile force of the tape consistently.
