Operating features:

1: The frame is advanced baking cold rolled sheet with surface static blasting

painting treatment which can guarantee the air speed avoiding eddy flow.

2: Compact construction assures HEPA filter box advanced sealing performance.

There are side air intake way and top air intake way available, the header

is square or round.

3: If the clean room designed to compact construction for the height strict,

ceiling filter module is the best choose.

4: Each HEPA filter box is individually tested via PSL particle, Using MPPS

(DOP Test) laser particle counting device to measure overall efficiency of the filter,

special requirement is available.

Installation:

Sit on top type is use to install on ceiling tee. Bracket up type is use to install on ceiling PU wall. After completed the installation of HEPA filter box, then follow by HEPA filter. However the installation of HEPA filter can only be installation after the clean environment is achieved. This can prolong the filter life span. In order to prolong life span of HEPA filters, therefore is suggest that to use pre-filters, no less than F8 (dust-spot 90%-95%) to filter the incoming air.

Factory test:

All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Factory test include:

-- functional test and visual inspection

-- electrical safety tests

-- air velocity testing

-- purification rank test (if need)

Warranty:

Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.

All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
