Kodak plate stacker can be used with Kodak plate processor, currently two models available. Kodak plate stacker can transfer plate from a plate processor to a trolley. The stacker makes you continuously feed plate on plate processor and you need not take the plate away by yourself after processing. Trolley can hold up to 80 processed plates (0.2mm). After unlock the rear castors with brake, you can move the trolley away from stacker, for example, a storage area.
Features of plate stacker
Soft belt transfer, safe and more reliable plate transport, completely prevent scratches on plate by hard material.
Adjustable stacking speed (adjustable range of motor speed: 10-30 r/min).
Adjustable entrance height structure, suits different customer need.
Reflective sensor with reliable motion control.
Stackers status can be transferred to plate processor. Remain serial port, used for remote control.
