This radiator production line can be used in producing different specification radiators, with width among 535, 520, 480, 460, 320, 310 and center distance more than 500mm.

This machine has fully automatic design and high forming and welding quality. The property of this machine has reached world-class quality.

The work flow of this line is as follows: automatic decoiling – roll forming – hydraulic punching and cutting – spot welding – seam welding – panel head welding – head cutting – edge shearing – run-out.

The main components of the radiator production line are automatic decoiler, roll forming machine, leveler, oil press machine, press mould, series welding devices, head cutter, edge shearer, product conveyer, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, and electric system, etc.

Our automatic radiator (for transformer) production line mainly absorbed, improved & updated the technology and design of Germany GEORG & Canada MTM. Our machine performance reaches the international standard class, and the price is much economical and competitive. The whole line is composed of automatic decoiler, roll former, turn over platform, multiple spot welder, side seam welding machine, head welding machine, side shearing machine, head cutting machine, and forwarding table, etc. The size is 320, 460, 480, 520, 535, or custom-design (as per client’s actual requirement). Panel length is 500mm-4000mm.The whole line is fully automatic, the product quality is good, and the performance reaches the first-rate in the world.
