Description:

CNC milling is a major process for most of the irregular parts, i.e, they are not round parts. With more than 30 CNC machining centers(Actually they are milling machines with tool magazine in it), including 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis, we can machine parts with complicated features even if you have a large demand. Our Brother and Star CNC machining centers can produce small parts at very high efficiency, while the DMU 80P and DMU 100P can machine bigger parts automatically, meaning there will be no human interface after coding when the part is on the machine. But the DMU machines are expensive. Parts are with or without worm gears, threads etc as per requirements; Material option can be stainless steel, carbon steel or alloy stee, tool steel etc; Major processes are CNC turning, grinding and CNC milling; Tolerances are met;
