Description:
1,Winding:The tension of YLJF series torque motor will remain steady from blank panel to plateful.
It is convenient to adjust the tension and will repeat normally after regulating.
With reliable structure and low cost, the motor is easy to operate and maintain.
2,Decoiling:The torque motor is in a reverse braking state as tension control. It is able to meet the needs through regulating device to control the size of the braking torque , so the voltage should not be over 300V.
3,Locked:In some special occasions, moment last for some time is necessary.
The locked time for our torque motor can be according to the nameplate. If longer time is needed , bigger motor can be choosed .
4,Moment:Due to the soft mechanical properties , torque motor will have low efficiency during low speed running , so it is unfavorable to operate under low speed for a long time.
Applications:
YLJF series three phase torque motor is a special motor with soft mechanical properties and wide speed range. They can be widely used for metal processing, textile, papermaking, wire and cable, rubber, chemical industry or other similar conditions.
