Prepare the mold base ,cavity inserts,slider steel materialsUse milling machines,grinding machines,Electrical Die Machines ,and CNC to machining the size which customer required.Proceed the electrode via CNC Machine for the injection plastic mouldWire cut if needed for the plastic moldsPolishing for the surface of the custom injection moldAfter everything is ready.assembling the injection plastic moldTry the plastic injection moulds and make the samples for customer confirmation.
