1. The Color Sorter uses 2048 high-performance CCD image sensor with resolution up to 0.02mm2 to perceive the tiny color difference of local material.

2. Our boxed solenoid valve with special design 16 ejectors of two rows with ultra-high precision,it is very reliable.for you just only need to replace the bad one and not the entire solenoid valve,service life of more than one billion times.

3. Each machine has two filers, one filters oil impurities,and the other filters water fog impurities to let the pure,dry compressed air into the spray valve,so the filter has a longer life.

4. Automatic self-check system when you start color sorter.Any problem will be alarmed on the interface, when the inlet pressure is lower than 0.12Mpa,it will be warned automatically,the screen show to be“low pressure”.

5.
