Description:
Digital dye-sublimation transfer printing enumerate the images through using digital camera or scanner and professional library, make colorful and hierarchy imagines required by computer image processing and design, then printing the imagine designed on the paper by inkjet printer with sublimation ink, and heat up the paper with printed paper on by Digital Baking Cup Machine,hotplate machines or Roast printing machine, after few minutes, the imagine will transfer on souvenir like china, t-shirt and so on.
Be sure to use the sublimation transfer ink, the disperse dyes used for making ink, in a transfer temperature will produce sublimation and printing dyeing, good quality sublimation ink not plug the nozzle, vivid color, good stability.
Adjust the appropriate concentration of color: in the computer for adjusting color concentration, avoid ink too much is not easy to dry, after the adjustment need to check the heat transfer effect.
Adjust the right hot-pressing temperature and time: the temperature range of transfer printer machine is about180-230℃, time is about 10-30 seconds, in a formal mass transfer should be done before you decide the best parameters test;
When hot pressing close to the surface heat transfer necessary : In the heat, heat to face when hot pressing paper, printing surfaces must close to, can not have the space, can appear otherwise transfer printing graphic fuzzy phenomena.

So, thermal transfer durability, images, won\'t fall off, cracked and fade. Use wide : chemical fiber, polyester, cotton content below 40% blended fabrics and coated with glass, ceramic, metal etc.Transfer paper storage conditions: waterproof, fire prevention, avoid light, pay attention to seal when not in use.
