635nm / 400mW HHL Package Fiber Coupled Red Diode Laser Module for Material processing
BWT Red Diode Laser family can provide multi-wavelength covering 635nm, 650nm, 665nm, 680nm, 690nm. Based on HHL packaging and laser welding technology, 6xxnm diode laser maintain its high reliability. The optional function thermoelectric cooler (TEC) can also improve the laser operation performance. 6xxnm fiber-coupled diode lasers play an important role in Medical applications, such as Photodynamic therapy. In addition, the package of 14-pin butterfly is also available upon request.
Red diode laser devices are available at 635nm 400mW, 650 600mW, 660nm 800mW, 665 800mW, 680nm 800mW, 690nm 800mW. Click the numbers to see the features.
