Description:
One component manual dispensing valve, large amount of liquid dispensing, can be connected to a pressure tank. Powered by compressed air to supplant the glue from the pressure tank. Suit for quantitative dispensing, potting process, manually controlled dispensing. Easy to operate and flexible.
How to Cleaning and maintenance.
Fill the water/ thinner / alcohol /Acetone into the pressure tank. By high pressure ,let the cleaning fluid eject from dispensing valve, so that can remove the residual glue which in the valve.
Applications:
1,The vsd-030thimble type dispensing valve out of the small amount of glue and closed form USES the plunger seal glue, can instantly stop the flow.
2,The vsd-030thimble type dispensing valve is suitable for low viscosity fluid, such as grease , silicone, epoxy resin, UV, paint and other fluid.
