Description:

1. Juice Filling Line is applied in filling hot drink, like juice, tea and other non-gas beverage, etc. Stainless steel construction, fine which gives excellent appearance and can be easily disinfected.

2. Juice Filling Line includes three parts in one body: rinser, filler and capper, which prevents second and third pollution from separating them in different machines.

3. The key spare parts of the juice filling line are imported from OMRON, Mitsubishi, Siemens etc.

4. The advanced programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle-entering chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably.

5. Juice Filling Line adopts new type filling valves which are especially designed for plastic bottles. The returned air and the liquid in filling tank are insulated to insure cleanliness of the filled beverages. It also adopts advanced magnet clutches for capping with adjustable tensional moment to insure capping safely and reliably.

6. Hot filling with holding bottle neck; the special backflow type of the filling valve can avoid leakage after filling and also control liquid level accurately; the beverage feedback system has no contact with beverage to prevent the second pollution and oxidation.
