Q1:Why scale does not work?
A :If have turn on the scale, but nothing shows, please check whether the battery have power or any failure.
Q2:Why self-checking can\'t show zero?
A :That\'s means instability. Please check whether something touch the plate or whether the environment affect it.
Q3:What are our scale main function?
A :(1). On/Off key:turn on and turn off the scale,when you turn off ,Please press this key for three seconds.
(2). T key: in order to subtract the weight of the vessel or container, press Z/T key, 0 will appear on the display, and when an object is placed on the scale, the weight of that object only will be display.
(3). MODE key: in order to change the units of the measurement, press MODE.
(4). LCD back light.
(5). It will be closed after 2 seconds without any operation.
(6). Lo mean please change new battery.
(7). O-LD mean put down the over load avoid to damage scale.
Q4:How to calibration scale range?
A :First capacity calibration, number display “zero“,symbol display :”CALL”, display value is zero, put the standard weights on the tray, value will display AD to ZERO AD value, after stable ,press “ON/OFF” key to confirm or auto-calibrate, put on the 200g wt. after number display :”PASS-1”,then after display :”CAL-2”process to second standard capacity calibration.
Second capacity calibrate, number display :”zero”,symbol display :”CALL” display value :”0”put the standard weights on the tray, value will display form AD to Zero AD, after stable, press “ON/OFF” key to confirm or auto-calibrate, put on the 500g wt. after number display :”PASS-2”,after “DONE” displayed ,finished the parameter enactment and calibrate.
