Workingprinciple of course grinding mill
European Coarse Grinding Mill is mainly made up of main case, rotor, impactplate and grate. The main case consists of fluctuation two parts and is weldedby cutting steel plates, and the others are connected with bolts. There arehigh manganese steel liners embedded in the main case, which is convenient tobe replaced after wearing. Several uniform weighted blow bars are installed onits spindle and are all tightened by highly strengthen bolts. The main enginedrives spindle through motor and v-belt, makes the rotor do movement to andfro, large rocks go into the crushing cavity from feeding opening and then becrushed by high speed moving blow bar. Crushed qualified materials are dischargedfrom the interval between grates at the bottom, while the unqualified are stillkept in the crushing cavity, crushed by rotor and blow bar repeatedly till theymeet the established requirements. To avoid jams, the water content ofmaterials to be crushed is not more than 20% generally.
