Product feature
1.Equipment body is integrally cast to ensure good rigidity and stable performance.
2.This equipment adopt advanced pump control technology, saving 30%-40% of energy compared to common pressure machines. Noise is no more than 60db.
3.Servo motor directly drives gear pump to feed oil. With stable pressure, principal axis has high repeated positioning accuracy when moving downwards.
4.Downward stroke has two kinds of speed, fast stepping and slow feeding. Fast stepping speed improves operation efficiency. Slow feeding speed can be adjusted freely to protect molds and improve product quality.
5.This equipment has oil temperature testing function. When oil temperature is too high, this equipment will actuate cooler to cool down hydraulic oil so as to ensure equipment stability.
6.Pressure and displacement of press-fitting can be tested at the same time. When pressure or displacement is not within set range,the machine will give alarming and stop operation automatically.
