The AV2 AUTO skiver combines the simplicity of use and the skiving accuracy achieved with extreme facility by the traditional AV2 range of skivers to technology innovations already introduced and succesfully tested on the well known AV2 TECNO.
According to many endusers and particularly in some specific manufacturing processes, this machine represents the best compromise of technology and functionality available nowadays in the market.
Main features:
* Automatic knife sharpening and knife repositioning to set "0" position;
* Facility to increase or reduce the knife sharpening set deepness by means of potentiometer
* Frequency knife sharpening setting by means of a second potentiometer
* Knife "0" position automatically stored and setting operation done by means of a function key
* Function key to activate the knife replacement which automatically move the knife to a backward position allowing fast replacement
* Fitted with electronic speed variator
