Extrusion parts
Our company is producting the refrigerator door frame with free spraying process.The product is made by PVC/PMMA co-extrusion,to solve the problems in the current market.And the advantages about the free spraying process as follws:
1 . A high speed extrusion, improve the production efficiency.
2 . There are both thermoplastic of plastic and hihg elasticity of rubber.
3 . Whit good mechanical properties and processing properties for hihgh strength and high elongation.
4 . With good low temperature performance,not warp easily,reducing the probabilityof permanent deformation.
5 . Ageing resistance,ozone resistance,resistance to chemical reagents,heat resisting high temperature.
6 . The surface is smooth,uniform and bright,has good performance to cover,wear-resisting and free spraying.
7 . The extrusion looks like made by aluminum,whit excellent adhesion,and there is no problem of paint shedding.
8 . Security,non-toxic and environmental protection,conform to the European Union ROHS/Reach standard requirements.
9 . It has the characters of high surface hardness,at least not less than 2H.
10 . Also it has good performance of alcohol resistance,resistance to yellowing and anti-change.
