Fertilizer batching & blending &packing system custom design and produce to fit our clients specific requirements based on blend complexity (kinds of ingredients), output (tons per hour), local climate and fertilizers used (powder or granular), space available for the system, labor force and level of automation etc. The weighing system has gain-in weight static weighing scale for 5-40tons per hour blending. The flow metering belt scale and loss-in-weight scale are suitable for the big output requirements. Operation is controlled by computer with a manual back up system. Formulation can be changed rapidly in the manufacturing process to accommodate special orders or customer needs.
