Application of Ball Press Machine:
Ball press machine is used for making coal fines, coke fines, charcoal powder, carbon black, iron ore fines, mineral powder, metal dust, cast iron dust, mill scale, manganese ore fines, fluorite powder, gypsum powder,ferrosilicon powder, and phospho gypsum powder, nickel alloy, blast furnace ash, converter dust, coal gangue, Kaolin clay, MgO, NPK, graphite, oil shale, potash fertilizer, urea fertilizer, sea sand powder etc. into briquettes. These briquettes can be designed of oval shape, egg shape, pillow shape etc. This machine is widely used in coal industry, metallurgy industry, chemical industry etc.
Ball press machine include coal briquetting machine, coke briquetting machine, mineral powder briquetting machine, lime briquetting machine. The machine has the characteristic of high molding pressure, main engine RPM adjustable and a spiral feeding device. The ball press machine is mainly used in coal forming; dry powder molding; desulfurization gypsum molding; coke powder molding; scrap iron and various metal mineral powder molding and so on. Briquettes made by ball press machine are widely applied in barbeque area, home heating area, cold area, iron processing area, electricity providing area, etc. Ball press machine is popular all around the world because of its advantages.
Working Principle:
The power is sent by the electrical motor, through the belt to the reducer. Through the coupling, the power is transferred by the reducer to the main drive shaft so as to ensure, via one pair of open gear, that the two rollers is synchronous (same speed, reverse direction). Via the quantitative apparatus, the raw material in the material storage bin evenly enters the hopper of the molding machine. And the unit molding pressure on the material changes from small to large, and reaches the maximum value at the line of centers of both rollers; after the material passes this line, the molding pressure decreases rapidly so that the material in ball shape easily goes off the rollers.
