Introduction
This machine is used in filling soft/carbonated drink, using power frequency conversion speed governor control, and using PLC programmable control from empty bottle feeding to sealing. When the machine stop, the system will automatically stop bottle rinsing and filling, save energy. In the process of production, no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping. Complete machine uses gear drive, nylon plunger flange connection to guarantee the stability and reliability of the mechanical transmission, and key pneumatic components uses international famous brand product.

Description:
1, The filling machine is used in filling soft drink, carbonated drink and etc in. Bottles made of polyester and plastics. The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles.
2, The washing, filling and capping 3 kinds of jobs can be finished by one machine automatically, by 3-in-1 monoblock, the bottle goes through rinsing, filling and capping with little abrasion, and the transferring is stable, bottle changing is easier.
3, The full filling line includes: Water Treatment system, Blending Equipment, Chiller, Mixing Machine, Washing-filling-capping 3 in 1 machine, lamp checker, label shrinking machine, inkjet printer, hot shrink film packer/carton packing machine and conveyors CIP system. It is a full automatic production line.
4, The carbonated filling operation is faster and more stable because the Isobaric filling filling operation is adopted. There the output and benefit of the machine is higher than the machinery of the same specifications.
5, The advanced OMRON programmed controller (PLC) is used to control the machine to run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle -entering chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably.
6, Spares contact with the liquid are all of excellent stainless steel or food level plastic. The electric system is of international brand and achieves the national food sanitary standard.
