Description:

This type of aluminum pilfer-proof cap is also named as aluminum ropp cap or aluminum twist off cap. It has the prominent property of non-refillable. After the cap has been screwed off, the pilfer-proof ring will be left on the neck of bottle, which shows this bottle has been opened. The aluminum pilfer-proof cap can be sealed by automatic or semi-automatic screw on capping machine. The original cap has no threaded lines on it. The threaded lines are formed under the pressure of capping machine and bottle neck. Liner options include PE liner, silicone rubber septa. This aluminum pilfer-proof cap with different liners is mainly used in wine & spirits packaging-(whiskey, brandy, rum, vodka), non-hydrocarbon beverage packaging, health care products packaging and crafts packaging. It can perfectly work with glass bottles and aluminum bottles. This aluminum pilfer-proof cap can also be printed with various colors or embossed / debossed with customized logo.
