Description:
This 43mm tinplate unishell cap is our company\'s patent product in China. The most outstanding character
of this cap is that it has glossy appearance of metal outside and smooth threaded lines inside. The normal
cap needs to attach a plastic insert to be screwed on bottle, while the unishell cap doesn\'t need the plastic
fitment. This cap can be produced by tinplate or aluminum material. The artwork would be different with
different materials. For tinplate material, silver and gold color are widely used. For aluminum material,
it can be printed or anodized in various color. The liner options include PE, pressure sensitive,
aluminum foil, pulp & aluminum, pulp & poly liner. It can also be embossed or debossed with customized
logo.
Applications:
This 43mm tinplate unishell cap is an ideal packaging material for storage jars, health food packaging.
It is usually sealed on glass bottles and plastic bottles with threaded lines on necks.
