Ring Die Wood Pellet Mill
Wood Pellets is mainly made of any wood waste and biomass particles, such as wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, wood logs, straw, rice husk, coffee husk etc. At a wood pellet plant, raw material need to be well prepared before pelletizing, then get dried, compressed, and formed into small eraser-sized bits, the wood pellets get from wood pellet plant are clean, pleasant smelling and smooth to touch.
Features of ring Die Wood Pellet Machine
1. Ring-die wood pellet machine is mainly used to press sawdust and grass(3-5mm) into biomass pellets; Using special forced feeder feeding, enhanced driving part and a special ring-die mold, pressure roller, embrace hoop;
2. Main transmission gear drives with high precision, output is about 20% higher than type belt drive;
3. Choosing the imported high-quality bearings, oil seals, to ensure the machine running efficient, stable and low noise. Suppression chamber has suction cooling system;
4. Feeder adopts frequency conversion motor to ensure the quality of the biomass pellets;
5. Multiple holes ring-die mold for selection, high quality craftsmanship ring-die mold, long life using, and smooth out the biomass pellets, high quality;
6. The international advanced level of compensation type snake-like spring coupling, with the advantages of novel structure, compact, safe performance, low noise, low malfunction performance.
