AQSIQ implements classification management and dynamic evaluation over overseas suppliers according to the quality and operation conditions of quality system as well as the integrity level. 

Article 24 AQSIQ releases Class A warning and relocates its registration qualification, if one of following cases happens to the registered and qualified overseas suppliers:

 Provide false immigration documents;

 Transfer the registration certificate or registration number to other enterprises to use;

Fraud acts exists during the export of waste materials;

The export of waste, raw materials, environmental protection projects is a serious failure or there is a serious epidemic risk during it;

During Class B warning period, the similar Class B warning situation reoccurs;

Not comply to return;         

Transport the unqualified waste materials, which have been returned, to arrive in mainland in China;

Not accept the supervision and management or found to not meet the provisions of Article 8 of Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Inspection & Quarantine of Imported Solid Wastes as Raw Materials (Order No.119 of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine) during the follow-up on - site supervision and inspection.
