Introduction to Briquette Press Machine
Charcoal briquetting press machine make the biomass material into briquettes. After the well preparement of raw metarial, briquetting is easy at right operation ofbiomass briquette press. When machine rise to over 300 centigrade, the material can be feeding continuously into briquetting press. First, the color of briquettes may be a little dark even black, but after a while, the color will be light to normal level coming out of biomass briquette machine.
Structure and Application of Briquetting Machine
A ball press machine is mainly composed of feeding part, transmission part and pelleting part. It is mainly used for pressing powdery materials difficult to be moulded and it has big pressing pressure and adjustable rotation of main engine and is equipped with spiral feeder machine. Lignite ball press machine can be used for pressing various powders, waste and waste residue such as coal ash, iron powder, lignite, aluminite powder, scrap iron, scale cinder, carbon dust, slag and gypsum in such industries as refractory, power plant, metallurgy, chemistry, energy, transportation and heating.
The Process for Producing Briquette as Follow
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass muaterial without any additive
4. Carbonized the briquette stick
