Description:
1. Frequency inverters to control the main motor and traction motor, speed adjustable, energy saving.
2. Gear box adopts China national standard hard teeth gear box, involutes cylinder bevel wheel, cast alloy steel piston, fine grinding hard gear surface, with cooling system.
3. Screw material 38CrMoAlA, adopts double times nitrogen treatment, HV≥740, nitrogen depth 0.7mm. Barrel material 38CrMoAlA, adopts nitrogen treatment, HV≥900.
4. Heating loops adopts stainless steel and cast aluminum heating loops, with turbo fan cooling.
5. Die head hard chrome-plated Mca45 mold steel making. Mirror surface channel. With independent temperature controller in die head.
6. Air ring all aluminum alloy made.
7. Machine framework adopts thick square steels, high stability.
8. Rewinder station steel boards adopt whole plate boards, able to hold heavy film roller.
9. Machine has CE certification and our factory passed ISO management certification, machine quality is guaranteed.
10. For more machine functions, we also have 360°rotary die head system, double stations rewinder, suction feeding and drying system, filter changer, auto.roll change rewinder for option. etc.
